# opper

opper is a parser that implements a variation of the [Marpa](https://jeffreykegler.github.io/Marpa-web-site) algorithm and uses an [NFA](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nondeterministic_finite_automaton) encoded in an [OBDD](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_decision_diagram) to implement a scanner
