I like building things that start as ambitious ideas and end up as working

software. I’ve spent a lot of time on projects like

**[Crypto Trader](https://github.com/theoliverlear/Crypto-Trader)**, where I

created an app to make real-time cryptocurrency trading decisions with AI, and

**[Script Social](https://github.com/theoliverlear/Script-Social)**, a

developer community built around GitHub integration.

I enjoy pushing myself with big projects, but just as much, I enjoy building

alongside other people — leading **ACM** and starting the **UWRF Dev Team**

showed me how much better coding gets when it’s shared. At the heart of it

all, I care about writing code that feels good to read, simple to maintain,

and solid enough to last.

**Crypto Trader** started as a side project and turned into a full-scale 

platform for automated cryptocurrency trading.  

I built it from the ground up with a mix of **Java, Spring Boot, Python,

Angular, and Kotlin**, tying together backends, frontends, and a mobile app.

Some highlights:

- ⚡ **Real-time trading engine** written in Java, capable of running multiple

  strategies at once.

- 📊 **Machine learning models** in Python (Keras + TensorFlow) predicting

  currency movements.

- 🗄️ **PostgreSQL database** scaled into the billions of rows under complex

  schemas.

- 🎨 **Brand website** built in Angular with a clean, responsive design.

- 📱 **Android mobile app** built with Jetpack Compose in Kotlin, packaged

  with Gradle.

- ☁️ **Cloud integration** with AWS for deployment, security, and user

  authentication.

- 🧩 **Published 40+ open-source packages** on PyPI, npm, and Maven as part 

   of its module architecture.
