# Rollup plugin for Vue 2
### Transform .vue components & precompile templates

## Installation
```
npm install --save-dev rollup-plugin-vue2
```
**Warning**: rollup-plugin-vue2 will transform the style tags to imports. You need one of these plugins to handle these:
- [rollup-plugin-scss]
- [rollup-plugin-css-only]
- [rollup-plugin-postcss]
## Usage
Put `vue()` before any transpiler like Bublé or Babel
```js
// rollup.config.js
import vue from 'rollup-plugin-vue2';
import css from 'rollup-plugin-css-only';
import buble from 'rollup-plugin-buble';
import nodeResolve from 'rollup-plugin-node-resolve';
import commonjs from 'rollup-plugin-commonjs';
import uglify from 'rollup-plugin-uglify';
export default {
entry: 'src/main.js',
dest: 'dist/bundle.js',
sourcemaps: true,
plugins: [
vue(),
css(),
buble(),
nodeResolve({ browser: true, jsnext: true, main: true }),
commonjs(),

```
Time to rollup!
```bash
# Build
# -c will default to rollup.config.js
rollup -c
# Development
# -w will watch for changes
rollup -c -w
```
