# WrightFisher

Requirements: Clang (or g++)

```bash

sudo apt install g++-5 clang-3.6

```

## Get WrightFisher up and running on Linux

### How to download and build

To get WrightFisher from a machine connected to the internet, type in a terminal:

```bash

git clone https://github.com/ThibaultLatrille/WrightFisher.git

```

This should create a folder called `WrightFisher` (the root folder). You must go there before compiling WrightFisher:

```bash

cd WrightFisher

```

Then, to build WrightFisher simply run:

```bash

make

```

### How to run WrightFisher

Basic usage for WrightFisher is (from the root folder):

```bash

bin/WrightFisher --help

```
