## Installation
### Firefox
1. Visit the [NoteMarker Firefox Add-on page](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/notemarker/)
2. Click "Add to Firefox" to install directly from the Mozilla Add-ons store.
For the latest development version:
1. Go to the [Releases page](https://github.com/ThisIs-Developer/NoteMarker-Extension/releases)
2. Download the latest `v2.0.6-firefox` release
3. In Firefox, navigate to `about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox`
4. Click "Load Temporary Add-on" and select the downloaded file
### Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, and other Chromium-based browsers
1. Visit the [Releases page](https://github.com/ThisIs-Developer/NoteMarker-Extension/releases).
2. Download the latest release (`v2.0.3`).
3. Unzip the downloaded file.
4. In your browser, go to the extensions page:
- Chrome: `chrome://extensions`
- Edge: `edge://extensions`
- Brave: `brave://extensions`
- Opera: `opera://extensions`
5. Enable "Developer mode" (usually a toggle in the top right).
6. Click "Load unpacked" and select the unzipped extension folder.
## Usage
1. **Highlighting Text**:
- Select the text you want to highlight
- Right-click and choose your desired highlight color from the NoteMarker menu
2. **Creating Notes**:
- Click on "Note" from the NoteMarker menu
- Type your note and drag it to your preferred position
3. **Managing Highlights and Notes**:
- Click the NoteMarker icon in your browser toolbar
- Use the dashboard to view, edit, or delete your highlights and notes
5. **Clearing All Marks**:
- Click the NoteMarker icon in your browser toolbar
- Select "Clear All" to remove all highlights and notes from the current page
