# Features #
Tiledesk iOS App allows Support's agents to chat with Site's visitor's "on the move".
This app provides the following features:
* Signup/Login with Tiledesk's email and password
* Recent conversations' list
* Offline messages' history
* Received receipts (you can see if a message was sent and delivered)
* Close conversation
* Closed conversations' list
* Reopen a closed conversation
