5 Key chording keyboard configuration & simulation.

The order of the keys is integral to what key it gets mapped to, so A,F vs F,A (Key 1 & 2) can be mapped to seperate keys.

Current version is only built for windows as I wanted a frameless always on top window that's inobtrusive yet functional.
