A best practices frontend toolkit, all wrapped up in a chestjs .chest

To install rename your sites/web directory to -old and run

`git clone https://github.com/Truemedia/Treasure-Chest.git sites`

Once this is done you can drag any sites in your sites-old directory into the new directory and you now have access to a lot of tools for all your sites.
