Noon Pacific Playlist Downloader

[Noon Pacific](http://www.noonpacific.com/) is a great way to find new music. However, the site doesn't have a lot of playing options, and there is no song search.

This extremely simple script downloads all the Noon Pacific songs into a single TSV list, where they can be sorted, searched, downloaded, or otherwise manipulated.
