Fedora Firefox ESR Dockerfile

Following NAPI removal https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins?as=u&utm_source=inproduct this repository provides a couple of scripts to run Firefox ESR.

This was tested on Fedora 26.
