遺言書

遺言者　杉本風斗は次のように遺言する。

### 1. 遺言者は、葬儀について次の要領で行われることを希望する。

1. 無宗教でおこなうこと

2. 遺骨は散骨すること

### 2. 遺言者は、遺言者の遺骨を幼少期に過ごした家の近くの阪南市舞2号公園（通称5号公園）の砂場にて散骨されることを希望する。

散骨の方法として、風の強い日に近所の子供たちに投げさせることを希望する。

公園での散骨が何らかの理由で達成困難になった場合、大阪湾で散骨することを希望する。
