えらい取得が面倒くさい、GifboomのGifのURLを、GifboomのポストのURLから取得します。
# NOTFOUND?
Gifboomは一時期Gif生成をとりやめていたことがあります。
その時期にポストされたデータはGifがありません。
（URLは取得できますが、DLできません）
