# trf-nextflow

nextflow workflow for tandem repeats finder

trf from https://github.com/Benson-Genomics-Lab/TRF

Some trf options to make dat file format and suppresses html with "-d -h" are automatically enabled.  other arguments can be specified in the nextflow config. 

The output of the workflow will be compressed and indexed (tabix) bed.
