BonusTile - generate random bonuses on map.

Similar to BonusSpam add-on, but does not have Out-Of-Sync bugs, and is aware of map symmetries.

Building and uploading is done via `wesnoth_upload` tool: https://github.com/vgaming/wesnoth_upload
