# Material Design Icons for Android

## Feature

* Provide tint and scalable [Material Design Icons](https://github.com/google/material-design-icons) to Pre-Lollipop Device.

* Provide icon drawable from [.ttf](https://github.com/vin89423/material-design-icons-for-android/tree/master/library/res/raw) font file.

* Detect application theme to show light icon or dark icon automatically.

## How to use

#### Use in ActionBar / toolbar

```java

MaterialIcon md = new MaterialIcon(this);

menu.add("Account Circle").setIcon( materialIconmd.getMenuDrawable("ic_account_circle") );

```

#### Use in ImageView

```java

MaterialIcon md = new MaterialIcon(this);

ImageView img = (ImageView) view.findViewById(R.id.imgView);

img.setImageDrawable( md.getDrawable(context, "ic_3d_rotation") );

```

#### Use in ImageView by static access

```java

ImageView img = (ImageView) view.findViewById(R.id.imgView);

img.setImageDrawable( MaterialIcon.getDrawable(context, "ic_3d_rotation") );

```
