Arrows OR wasd - Increase/Decrease time and change selection from seconds to minutes

Space / Enter - Start count!

R - reset to last set value

Bezão (B maiúsculo, a.k.a shift+b) - alerta na tela quantos segundos acumulados negativos na seção (a seção limpa com refresh)
