Aces are now either 1 or 11.

Card Total drops if Ace in Hand
and you would otherwise bust.

DealerHand1 is now always face down
(Dealer Total Hint is still displayed
during development. Will hide it for release.)

Added GameOverPanel

Game now ends with Player reaches $0

Removed isPlayed(), bool hasCardPlayed[] is used.
