# funcaudit
List all phylogenetic models in term of specification
## Class path
1. Run ant build to refresh the `lphy` and `lphybeast` classes.
2. Load all BEAST 2 packages from jar file(s) in the lib folder of `lphybeast`,
each of which supposes to contain only sources in the project.
