# WaveZync Expo Starter :ocean:

This is an [Expo](https://expo.dev) project created with [`create-expo-app`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/create-expo-app).

## Get started

1. Install dependencies

```bash
pnpm install
```

2. Run prebuild to generate native code. This is necessary for compiling the app with native dependencies.

```bash
pnpm prebuild
```

3. Start the app

```bash
pnpm ios
```

or

```bash
pnpm android
```

## Used tools

1. [Expo](https://expo.dev) is used for building the app. It provides lof of functionality and a router out of the box.
2. [UniStyles](https://reactnativeunistyles.vercel.app/) is used for styling the components. We can completely drop it if needed
3. [TanStack Query](https://tanstack.com/query/latest) is used for fetching data from the server. We can completely drop it if needed

In the output, you'll find options to open the app in a

- [development build](https://docs.expo.dev/develop/development-builds/introduction/)
- [Android emulator](https://docs.expo.dev/workflow/android-studio-emulator/)
- [iOS simulator](https://docs.expo.dev/workflow/ios-simulator/)
- [Expo Go](https://expo.dev/go), a limited sandbox for trying out app development with Expo

You can start developing by editing the files inside the **app** directory. This project uses [file-based routing](https://docs.expo.dev/router/introduction).
