# GrowthVariation
Data and code for the manuscript *Growth characteristics of pneumococcus vary with the chemical composition of the capsule and with environmental conditions* by Tothpal et al.

All analyses in the manuscript can be reproduced using the RMarkdown file updated_code_tothpal.Rmd in the /R folder. All relevant data are in the /Data folder.
