INSTALLATION:

Once you downloaded the file, create a folder called 'revcanonical' in your plugins folder. 

Then place the revcanonical.php file in that directory so it looks something like this:

  wp-content/plugins/

    + wp-content/plugins/revcanonical/

      + wp-content/plugins/revcanonical/revcanonical.php
