INSTALLATION:

Once you downloaded the file, create a folder called 'tweetme' in your plugins folder. 

Then place the tweetme.php file in that directory so it looks something like this:

  wp-content/plugins/

    + wp-content/plugins/tweetme/

      + wp-content/plugins/tweetme/tweetme.php
