## Overview
This repository contains the source code and images for slides and exercises for the Introduction to Bioinformatics course written and presented at the James Hutton Institute Dundee, by Leighton Pritchard and Peter Cock.
This repository was split off from the initial repository at [https://github.com/widdowquinn/Teaching](https://github.com/widdowquinn/Teaching)
## Building slides and handouts
Change to the `presentation` directory, and issue one of the `make` commands:
* `make slides`: Make `.pdf` slides
* `make handouts`: Make `.pdf` handouts
* `make all`: Make slides and handoutsFor other options, refer to the `presentation/README.md` file.
## Subdirectories
* `data`: data for exercise and workshop parts of the course
* `presentation`: source code for presentation slides## Contributors
