# Windows 8.1 to Windows 8 Release Preview Converter
made with Visual Basic .NET in Visual Studio 2012 in Windows 8.1

A program which applies the Windows 8 Release Preview theme to Windows 8.1, as well as installing programs and replacing some system files with original files of Windows 8 RP and RTM, to make it look almost like this version of Windows 8 with its native Aero interface and beautiful wallpapers.
Download setup_w8rpconv.exe now: here
This file works for both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.

* Choice of two UXTheme patchers: either UltraUXThemePatcher by M. Hoefs or UXThemeSignatureBypass by Big Muscle
* Quero Toolbar for Internet Explorer -> to fix non-transparent/opaque address bar in Internet Explorer when choosing blue address bar theme
* replacing Windows 8.1’s UIRibbon.dll and UIRibbonRes.dll with Windows 8 Release Preview’s original ones
