Collection of data on the number of vaccinations against covid-19 in germany for each day

New data is imported daily from the official site of the [Robert-Koch-Institut](https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/N/Neuartiges_Coronavirus/Daten/Impfquoten-Tab.html).

The history available at https://wiomoc.github.io/geimpft/history.json an on the `gh-pages` branch

Webapp to visualize the data is located in `app/` and available online at https://wiomoc.github.io/geimpft/
