# mimodd-lib

[MiModD](https://www.celegans.de/mimodd/) is a package for identifying genetic mutations in strains of model organisms through a technique called [mapping-by-sequencing](http://mimodd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/nacreousmap.html).

This is the development repository for the library component of the MiModD application.
