# Solid Backups (was BackupBuddy)
Solid Backups, formerly known as BackupBuddy, is a popular WordPress plugin that allows you to easily backup, restore, and migrate your WordPress website. With Solid Backups, you can create complete backups of your site, including files, databases, and plugins, and store them safely in the cloud or locally.

## Installation
