ICT auto dialer/ autologin

Autologin to the ICT network and keep alive all the time.  It's also useful in OpenWRT routers.

How to use it

=============

Run it by:

    python ictDialer.py [username] [password]

You can set it as a script in /etc/init.d in OpenWRT.
