Why?
Some PRs/commits may have taken a month, while others may have taken half a minute. Some languages may be more verbose or contain embedded languages. Sometimes a short line of code might have taken a whole day to write. All these factors reduce the value in these statistics to some effectiveness. A lot of my work might even be in private repositories, and some of the code simply be data or conifguration.
