# runBFAST
## Getting Started
This series of scripts runs BFAST using different parameters.
### Prerequisites
These scripts run best through RStudio in [SEPAL](https://sepal.io/), although it is possible to run the scripts on a Linux system.
Dependencies include:
GDAL
## Step 1:
Use [SEPAL](https://sepal.io/) to download your timeseries.

## Step 2:
Set your custom parameters in the R script run_all_time_series.R
Run the script run_all_time_series.R to optionally mask the data and run BFAST with different parameters
