# Area Control
Area Control is a GTA V mod which allows you to control the area around you and prevent chaos from happening.
You can request the road to be closed, which will call backup units to close and redirect the traffic.
## Features
### Clear surrounding area
Use nearby cops for cleaning wrecks and death bodies in the surrounding area of the player (integration with Arrest Manager).
- Auto call coroner service for death bodies
- Auto call tow trucks for wrecks
### Close Road
Closes the road closest to the player & cleans the road area from wrecks and death bodies (integration with Arrest Manager).
- Calls backup vehicles for closing the road (securing the area & redirecting the traffic)
- Auto places barriers for closing the road (optional)
- Auto call coroner service for death bodies (optional)
- Auto call tow trucks for wrecks (optional)
- Reopen the closed road
### Redirect Traffic
Redirects the traffic from the side of the road. This will make it safer for you to work.
- Call one backup vehicle which will redirect the traffic
- Auto places cones and signs for redirecting the traffic (optional)
### Traffic Break
Busy streets (such as highways) will be slowed down by one or more backup unit(s) which will drive from a distance behind the player to the player.
- Call backup unit(s) for the traffic break
- Slows down the traffic in the direction of the player
- Units will resume duty when reaching the player
### Crime Scene (WIP)
Create a dynamic crime scene in the area of the player.
- Call backup unit(s) for closing down the surrounding area
- Backup unit will place down barriers and signs
- Call EMS
- EMS will try to reanimate dead bodies
- Call FireTruck
- Firemen will place down spots
### Riot (WIP)
Citizens have started a riot in the city, keep the riot under control. (Integration with Computer+)
The rioting citizens will move through the streets in groups and attack nearby vehicles and citizens.
- Spawns rioting citizens with bats and molotov's
- Spawns riot scenery items (burning vehicles & trash bins)
- Backup unit will close down nearby intersections

- Police Smart Radio integration
- Create lock-down area
- Create standoff scene
- Close Road
- Auto call EMS when closing the road and death bodies are present
- Different standby states for idle police peds between code 2 and 3
- Crime Scene
- Determine crime severity based on surroundings (FBI presence or not)
- Protest Callout
- More configuration options
