This is useful when you are trying to run a game that needs all your RAM and all your VRAM on the Steamdeck and it just keeps OOM crashing. 

The Steamdeck shares its 16 GB of RAM with the GPU and CPU so if a game wants 16 GB of CPU RAM and the GPU needs 4GB+ of VRAM you're just SOL.
