# z-bj Neuromorphic* Survey Form

This is a responsive survey form UI designed for the FreeCodeCamp's Responsive Web Design Certification. z-bj is presented as a versatile Front-end Developer   , who can help you with various web development needs.

The survey form includes fields for users to input their name, email, age, project type, Dave type needed, and team size. It also has radio buttons to choose team size and a submit button to send the form data.

It involves using drop shadows and highlights to create a three-dimensional appearance for UI elements, giving them the appearance of popping out of the screen or interface.
