arcade-romhacking-framework 使用说明

1、src\proj 目录下新建代码项目 punisher ，编写 patch.S 。

2、make\    目录下新建构建目录 punisher ，配置 punisher_build.bat 。

3、执行 punisher_build.bat 自动编译打包 输出 punisher_hack.bin 、punisher_release.rom。
