Installation Instructions

Use modman, composer or just copy the app folder to your magento root folder

Setup an API key in your OSTicket and fill in the Magento configuration in System > Configuration > OS Ticket API > Configuration

 

Uninstallation

1. Remove all extension files from your Magento installation
