# patchseq_human_L23
Code for reproducing the analyses presented in "Human cortical expansion involves diversification and specialization of supragranular intratelencephalic-projecting neurons".
## Data
Most of the data for this manuscript are located in the "data" folder above. In addition you will need to download some larger data files from the [Allen Brain Map](https://portal.brain-map.org/atlases-and-data/rnaseq), as described in the relevant scripts. Additional project information and links to raw data is available from the [Human PatchSeq L2/3 project](https://knowledge.brain-map.org/data/0R94W5U07IHCMVJ4TVK/summary) at the Allen Brain Map.
## Scripts
Scripts for reproducing most of the analyses presented in this paper are available in the "scripts" folder above. These include a combination of R and python scripts in various formats, which are described in the README for the scripts folder.
