[if-me.org](https://www.if-me.org/)   هو مجتمع  لمشاركة التجارب النفسية 

يشجع الناس على مشاركة  قصصهم مع الأشخاص الموثوق بهم ، 

الاشخاص الموثوق بهم هم  الاشخاص الذين نتفاعل معهم بشكل يومي  مثل الاصدقاء والعائلة وزملاء العمل والعاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية .

التعامل  مع الآخرين  و مراعاة مشاعرهم والاهتمام بصحتهم النفسية  هو ما يجعلنا بشر  .. لكن بالنسبة للكثير منا  من الصعب  ان نكون منفتحين حيال ذلك

لاننا جميعا  لسنا معالجين نفسيين .

 الأشخاص الذين نتفاعل  ونتعامل معهم كل يوم يشكّلون  عواطفنا وسلوكنا  وإشراكهم في علاجنا النفسي هو مفتاج الشفاء
