## Installation:
You can install OmniPath plug-in directly from the program's app manager, download it from [Cytoscape app store](http://apps.cytoscape.org/) or install it manually from this repository as follows:
1. Download this repository or just the `.jar` file described in step 4
2. Open Cytoscape and go to **Apps -> App Manager** (it's highly recommended to uninstall previous version(s) beforehand, if any)
3. Select **Install from File...**
4. Browse the `Omnipath-X.Y.jar` file inside the `target/` folder on the repository (being **X.Y** the version you wish to install)
5. Open the file
