### 爲什麼做這個列表 Why I made this list

`awesome-hokchew` is inspired by the recent wave of `awesome-*` lists on the web, such as `awesome-nodejs`, `awesome-dotnet` etc. 

Most of those lists are related to IT and Computer Science, but I suddenly wonder why shouldn't we make one for a language as well. So here it is.
